As of 6th December 2010, Cancer Research Technology’s London Headquarters will be operational from a new London office. This is an exciting and strategically important move for the future of CRT as for the first time; we will be occupying office space with our parent organisation, Cancer Research UK (CR-UK) – the largest independent funder of cancer research in the world.
The charity and ourselves currently occupy a number of different office buildings which had been used by the predecessor charities who merged over eight years ago.
The move aims to release capital funds for the cutting edge new research facility CR-UK and others are developing, the UK Centre for Medical Research and Innovation (UKCMRI), and to improve efficiency through reducing the amount of office space the charity and CRT occupies. The move will consolidate all our London staff and enable closer working and collaboration between CRT and CR-UK.
CRT has exclusive rights to intellectual property arising for all of the charity’s funded research, and in return CRT offers technology transfer services, including access to CRT/CR-UK translational resources, to both CR-UK and non CR-UK affiliated institutions worldwide.
Our new Headquarters will be located at:
407 St. John Street
London EC1V 4AD

CRT Inc , our US subsidiary in Boston and our Discovery Laboratories in London and Cambridge are unaffected by this move.
